Awaride is a community carpooling platform that connects everyday Nigerians to share rides, cut commuting costs, and beat traffic. We match drivers with spare seats to riders heading in the same direction.
All drivers must complete ID verification (NIN/Driver's License), upload a clear photo, and pass a background check. We also use in-ride photo updates, real-time GPS tracking, SOS button, and mutual ratings to maintain safety standards.
Typical fares range from ₦500 to ₦2,000 depending on distance and route. This is significantly cheaper than solo trips, and very cost effective when compared with traditional commute services.
